Whilst we have been staying in Cheshire we’ve definitely appreciated the slower pace of life. No matter what is going on in your life, a good walk to clear your head and some fresh air can always help, if only a little bit. The area around Matt’s family home is a lovely place to walk and I thought it was the perfect chance to “christen” my Hunter boots. Although they have been used on a few rainy London days they haven’t been let loose in a country field yet, and with us set to move back up North I thought now was as good a time as any. We walked for over three hours, chatted, made friends with some lambs and whipped up a homemade chilli when we got back. I even spotted a beautiful little shed on the walk that had me inspired for our new garden. Clear your mind, and everything else finds a way of working itself out. Here’s to the Hunter’s getting more outings.
