Oats for breakfast are a staple. They keep you full, they are warming, hearty and comforting, but by far my favourite thing about oatmeal is that you can customise it any which way to keep things interesting. Recently I’ve been making this peanut butter and banana oatmeal, and when combined with toppings, it essentially tastes like I’m eating dessert for breakfast. Seriously so good.
