My Top 10 Teabags

top ten 10 tea bags tea gemma hello hellogemma gemsmaquillage herbal detoxMy love for tea has reached crazy levels in the past six or seven years. When I was younger, I wasn’t too bothered about tea, I could take it or leave it and I frequently left the house without drinking a cup in the morning, a fact that makes me shudder now. My parents needed at least a two mugs before they even considered getting out of bed, and each of us thought the other was crazy. I think all Brits are born with a taste for a cuppa, so whilst I didn’t depend on it I did like it and would have a mug or two at the weekend or on a lazy day.

Fast forward a few years and oh, how times change. Now I can easily sink 10 cups of tea a day (if not more) and I bloody love the stuff. Besides good old English tea with milk I love herbal blends, fruit teas and sleep-inducing concoctions so today I thought I would discuss my top 10 teabags. I love loose leaf tea so maybe that is another post, but for most of us bags are easy to use and transport so let’s kick things off with some oft-repurchased staples that are permanent fixtures in my cupboard.

This brand is the absolute best when it comes to fruit teas, let me say that right off the bat. As you can see they make three appearances here, and with good reason. Most fruit teas smell absolutely intoxicating but when you drink them you feel conned – not these. I buy mine from Holland & Barrett and they are yet to let me down, this one is really nice hot or iced.

So those are my favourite teas, I’m sure I will do another post like this on loose tea since I’m just all-round obsessed with the stuff. What is your favourite tea? Let me know, I’m always on the lookout for more!
